Create a name, brand identity, and internal video series that brings Chick-fil-A’s DE&I commitment to life—celebrating both individuality and shared humanity across the organization.

In 2020, Chick-fil-A announced Diversity, Equity & Inclusion as a strategic commitment. To support this initiative, we were asked to concept and produce a video series that would create space for honest dialogue, reflection, and connection across diverse voices within the company.

CREATIVE SOLUTION
An intimate and approachable conversation, the kind that only happens at the dinner table. We had to strike a balance—creating content that felt authentic and safe while also inspiring curiosity, empathy, and action.

The result was a powerful internal storytelling platform that honored individual experiences while reinforcing a collective commitment to care for all.
